WerehiringaCivilSuperintendenttooverseemunicipalinfrastructureandutilityconstructionprojectsacrosstheVancouverLowerMainland.Thisisafull-time,field basedleadershiproleidealforsomeonewithdeepcivilexperience,astrongsafetymindset,andtheabilitytomanagecrews,subcontractors,andsiteperformance.You'llworkcloselywithprojectmanagementtoensureprojectsaredeliveredontime,onbudget,andtothehigheststandard.
MustHaves

• Minimum5yearsofexperienceincivilutilityconstruction,includingdeepsewerwork
• Atleast2yearsinaSuperintendentorequivalentleadershiproleoncivilconstructionprojects
• ValidBCDriversLicenseandcleandrivingrecord

Responsibilities

• Overseeingdailyoperationsacrossmultiplejobsitestoensuresafety,productivity,andquality
• Drivingthedailyscheduleanddeliverableswhilemaintainingastrongon-sitepresence
• Monitoringprogress,addressingissues,andescalatingrisksordelaysasneeded
• Supportingandenforcingallsafetyprotocols,toolboxtalks,andincidentreportingprocedures
• Managingcrewsandsubcontractorstomeetprojectmilestonesandupholdworksitestandards
• Reviewingandapprovingdailytimesheets,sitereports,andprogressupdates
• Planningday-to-dayconstructionactivitywithForemenandensuringalignmentwithprojectgoals
• CollaboratingwithProjectManagerstoreportperformance,trackchanges,andupdatelook-aheadschedules
• Troubleshootingfieldissuesandresolvingdisputesefficientlyandrespectfully
