We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Project Manager to lead our initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of executing client orders, nurturing client relationships, coordinating projects, and managing vendor partnerships while reporting directly to ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently execute client orders, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to guarantee satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial consultation to final installation, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships to secure timely and quality service and product delivery.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective client engagement and retention initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably within interior design or the window coverings industry.
• Exceptional client management skills with the ability to foster lasting relationships.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with vendor management processes and best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with a willingness to learn specialized software.
• Clean driving record, as travel to Whistler and the Lower Mainland is required.
• Availability to travel to the USA and Europe for training and professional development.
