What You'll Be Doing

• Efficiently schedule and dispatch techs to maximise shop productivity
• Match service jobs with the appropriate skill-level tech
• Communicate with customers to keep them informed and satisfied
• Coordinate with Parts Department to avoid delays
• Monitor work progress
• Maintain dispatch logs and completed work orders
• Support a smooth work flow in the Service Department
