Regional Director, Operations – Western Canada
Location: British Columbia
(Travel throughout Western Canada required)

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead and oversee multiple branch operations across British Columbia and Saskatchewan
  • Champion safety leadership at all levels of operations
  • Monitor and improve branch financial and operational performance
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Collaborate on large-scale projects and strategic business growth initiatives
  • Develop and execute regional business plans and budgets
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Travel regularly to branches and client locations across the region
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong leadership experience managing multi-site operations, ideally in fire and life safety services, industrial field services, or a related field
  • Proven ability to drive operational excellence, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • A natural relationship builder who communicates well at all levels — from client sites to executive teams
  • Solutions-oriented, adaptable, and highly organized
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (including overnight trips)
Qualifications:
  • Relevant operations, field services, or technical management experience
  • Formal leadership, supervisory, or management training is a strong asset
  • Familiarity with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards
