Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Room Cleaner who takes pride in delivering spotless, beautifully maintained spaces. This is a results-based role: you are compensated per clean based on room revenue, with added incentives for excellence in guest satisfaction.

Compensation Structure:

• Base Pay: 10% of each room's nightly revenue (e.g., earn $30–$60 per clean depending on rate)

• Bonus Pay: +2% per room when a 5-star Google review mentions cleanliness or room quality

  • Example: Room rate $400 + 5-star review = $40 + $8 bonus = $48 total

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize flats, including bathrooms, kitchens, and all surfaces

• Make beds, replace linens, and replenish guest amenities

• Ensure each room meets Hotel Julie's premium presentation standards

• Report any maintenance or inventory issues

• Maintain cleaning supplies and storage areas

• Occasionally assist with laundry or deep cleaning tasks

Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality cleaning experience is a plus

• Strong eye for detail and high cleanliness standards

• Ability to manage time and work independently

• Physically able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

• Weekend and holiday availability preferred
