Our clients include industry leading organizations who partner with us to be an extension of their HR & Recruitment function.Position: Sr. Financial Analyst.Location: Mississauga, ON.Salary: $65,000 - $80.000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications).Industry: Manufacturing / Food / Accounting / Finance.Employment Term: Fulltime / Permanent. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver insightful financial analysis and support budget and forecast processes,
- Partnering with different departments teams to drive data-driven decisions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior leadership.
- Reconcile and maintain general ledger accounts.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Post-secondary education in Accounting or a related field.
- Professional designation (CPA, CFA, or MBA) preferred.
- 5+ years experience in a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
