Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate framing-related tasks on-site.

• Read and interpret detailed drawings and blueprints.

• Ensure all work aligns with project plans, safety standards, and quality expectations.

• Collaborate with the team to maintain efficient workflow and timely project completion.

• Communicate effectively with both the crew and project managers.

Key Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in custom framing and renovations.

• Strong knowledge of all building components and trades.
