Their products serve various industries, including construction, manufacturing, energy, and transportation.
The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration across all product lines within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Northern Ontario. This role focuses on supporting and expanding business opportunities with established distribution channel partners, generating demand with end-users, and conducting joint sales calls with distributor partners. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of industry-related sales experience in the PPE segment or industrial distribution.
Responsibilities
  • Channel Partner Management: Support and grow relationships with existing distribution partners, ensuring they are well-equipped with product knowledge and sales tools.
  • End-User Engagement: Identify and cultivate relationships with end-users across various industries to drive product demand and awareness.
  • Joint Sales Calls: Collaborate with distributor partners on joint sales calls to effectively present PPE solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed territory sales targets and objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business development strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM tools.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3–5 years of sales experience in the PPE industry or industrial distribution.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of PPE products and their applications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors and end-users
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Other Requirements: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Valid driver's license.
