At Sinai Health, we care, create possibilities and offer hope. We are looking for an Diet Clerk to support our Food Services department.
Job Type: Temporary part time (up to 6 months)

Job Outline:

The Diet Clerk position provides operational support to Nutrition Services. Through the CBORD Diet Office system the Diet Clerk is responsible for menu entering and tray ticket generation. The Diet Clerk provides tray-line support by checking meal trays for the patient dinner meal.

Education & Qualifications:

  • College diploma with Food and Nutrition courses, or 3 years enrolled in a university degree program in Food and Nutrition
  • Previous related experience in a food services environment preferred
  • Data entry experience an asset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Solid keyboarding knowledge
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate level
  • Familiarity Food Services specific software such as CBORD
