Responsibilities:
Strategic Implementation Leadership:
- Develop and execute the comprehensive implementation strategy for all Data, CX and Technology workstreams, ensuring alignment with enterprise technology standards and organizational objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for each technical workstream, from inception through deployment and transition to operations, following established methodologies and frameworks.
- Define and maintain project governance structures, ensuring effective decision-making and risk management throughout the implementation.
- Coordinate interdependencies between technical workstreams, ensuring alignment with overall program timelines and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Technical Product Manager to ensure project delivery aligns with the product roadmap, user needs, and long-term digital strategy.
- Represent Tech, CX and Data workstreams as part of broader DPS governance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership across client, with the selected vendor for DPS, MTO, and Government partners, providing regular updates on technical progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical teams, business units, and external partners to ensure comprehensive requirements gathering and solution alignment.
- Develop and execute strategic communication plans to ensure stakeholder engagement and buy-in throughout the implementation journey.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business terms that resonate with executive stakeholders.
- Partner with the Technical Product Manager to facilitate ongoing communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and users, ensuring shared understanding and transparency of progress and priorities.
- Oversee the technical architecture and integration planning for enterprise components including Identity Access Management (IAM), SO Data and Analytics Platform (SODAP), and API Integration Hub.
- Coordinate with IT teams, MTO technical staff, and vendors to establish robust testing, deployment, and support frameworks.
- Drive the development of technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
- Ensure all technical implementations align with client's enterprise architecture standards and technology governance requirements.
- Manage relationships with DPS vendors and implementation partners, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and organizational requirements.
- Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning across technical workstreams.
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and alignment with financial parameters.
- Provide technical oversight in the RFB evaluation process and vendor selection activities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of the DPS platform.
- Oversee the development and delivery of training programs for technical staff and system administrators.
- Establish feedback mechanisms to measure adoption rates and user satisfaction, implementing improvements as needed.
- Coordinate knowledge transfer activities to ensure long-term sustainability of the solution.
- Implement robust quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain risk management frameworks specific to technical workstreams, including identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and enterprise technology standards.
