Mandatory Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, along with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in information technology or information management-related work.
- Demonstrated experience working on a project for technical implementation/upgrade/migration/transformation.
- Demonstrated experience in engaging with subject matter experts, business teams, and vendors to achieve the desired outcomes of assigned tasks.
- Demonstrated experience in project management for Property Assessment information systems, including Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) projects specific to service delivery agencies and government entities
Scored Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a leading role to ensure the delivery of project and operational deliverables.
- Demonstrated experience working within a team environment where the candidate was required to perform tasks in a combination of collaborative and autonomous modes.
- Demonstrated experience working with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI) in managing assigned tasks and producing status reports.
- Demonstrated experience with at least one (1) cloud SaaS implementation with significant business transformation would be an asset.
