Job Duties:

  • Understand and address customer needs and concerns.
  • Keep customers informed about their vehicle's repair progress.
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and address any remaining questions.
  • Verify completion of repairs using the Technician Checklist and inspect the vehicle.
  • Inform customers of any unexpected incidents during repairs.
  • Conduct necessary test drives to confirm issues or involve a technician.
  • Ensure stringent quality control for all vehicles undergoing repair.
  • Provide accurate labor and parts cost estimates in detail.
  • Additional duties assigned.
Successful Candidates Possess:
  • Three (3) years in Dealership or after-market setting is considered an asset
  • Service Advisor experience is considered an asset.
  • The desire to provide a high level of customer service.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
  • Self-motiving with excellent work ethic.
  • Loves a fast-paced environment.
