Associates will be responsible for gathering waste (cardboard, shrink wrap, metal, etc.) from lines, loading material onto a tow motor forklift, driving through a busy factory, and appropriately discarding the waste. Associates will be required to take a proactive approach to keeping all areas tidy, including the compactor area clear of debris. You must be able to push, pull, stretch, lift and bend and must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Associates must be able to work rotating days and afternoon shifts, good attendance and punctuality is a must. Shift is rotating every two weeks days and afternoons, with shift times varying.
