Urban Rec is all about fostering a culture of fun, social interaction, and physical activity for adults. With operations across various regions, we provide accessible opportunities for individuals to enjoy recreational sports and activities.

Position Summary

As part of our Promo & Events Team you will help to organize, promote and activate various social and sport related events. You duties will include creating marketing material and social media content, on-site promotion at Urban Rec leagues, hosting social nights at partner clubhouses, assist with samplings by various sponsors, and assisting in facilitating sports tournaments and leagues.

Schedule

Somewhat flexible schedule working 25-35 hours/week (will be some opportunities to work from home).

• Saturday May 31st 8am-5pm
• Monday June 16th Evening

• Saturday July 5th 8am-4pm
• July 9,10th,14th & 15th Evenings
• Wednesday July 16th Evening
• July 19th & 20th 10am-6pm
• Monday July 21st Evening
• Tuesday July 22nd Evening
• Monday July 28th Evening
• July 25-29 All Day (Victoria Tournament)
• Saturday August 9th 9am-5pm
• Monday August 11th Evening
• Saturday August 16th 8am-5pm
• Wednesday August 20th - Evening
