The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.
Rate Range: $60-$65/Hr
Job Description:

• Looking for a strong Lead in driving the Data analytics project using Power BI tool.
• The resource should have passion to learn new technologies and able to lead the delivery team successfully.

• Overall, 6-12 years of IT experience in BI Analytics development
• Minimum 5 years of Microsoft Power BI experience (Power BI, Power Pivot, Power Query).
• Minimum 5 years of BI Analytics development experience with a primary focus on Microsoft SQL Server and services (SSRS, SSAS-tabular, SSIS).
• Should have good understanding in DW concepts including Star schema, Snowflake schema and SCD Types.
• Extensive experience in analysis, design, development of reports, dashboards, and Custom Visuals for analytics.
• Good knowledge in RDBMS concepts and design model.
• Design implement and develop reporting and analytics solutions.
• In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP), and ETL framework.
• Experience in creating and optimizing Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, testability, and standardization.
• Exposure in building and organizing advanced DAX calculations and SSAS cubes.
• Experience in writing advanced queries and transformations with T-SQL.
• Expertise in building data visualizations with a strong understanding of the chart types to highlight patterns in the data for unstructured and structured data sets.
• Experience in data modeling, analysis, design, testing, development, and implementation.

• Understand the client processes and adhere in the project execution.
• Well-developed analytical & problem-solving skills.

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills with ability lead and guide and groom the team
• Excellent team player, able to work with virtual teams
• Able to talk to client directly and report to client/onsite
• Flexibility to work on different Shifts and Stretch
• Has to carry Right Attitude
• Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
