This role is located in Calgary, Alberta and follows a hybrid work schedule (in-office and remote) . Please note that you must hold a valid Reliability Security Clearance.
- Pay Rate is $18.75/hr.
Here are some key responsibilities and requirements for the position:
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Making travel requests and preparing expense reports (GBT travel system).
- Organizing and scheduling meetings, taking and transcribing meeting minutes.
- Managing calendars and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Proofreading documents and ensuring accurate cost coding.
- Ordering office supplies and managing purchase records via SAP.
- Data entry and document tracking (Excel).
- Arranging conference and video calls (MS Teams).
- Other administrative and financial tasks as needed.
Deliverables Expected:
- Reliable administrative and financial support.
- Timely, accurate, and confidential handling of logistics and documentation.
- High attention to detail and ability to establish strong working relationships internally.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 12 months of relevant business environment experience within the last 6 months.
- Experience supporting executives or senior management within the last 6 months.
Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office
- GCDocs
- SAP/IRIS
- GBT travel system
- Familiarity with the National Joint Council or Treasury Board travel directive
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day (between 7:30 am 5:00 pm), excluding lunch and federal holidays.
