As an Inside Sales Account Representative, you will play a vital role in expanding and managing wholesale partnerships with independent retailers, including boutiques, lifestyle stores, and wellness-focused outlets. You will be responsible for achieving daily sales call metrics, driving revenue growth, and nurturing long-term customer relationships.

- Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

- Customer Outreach & Sales: Meet daily sales call targets by proactively engaging with existing and potential retail customers through phone and email, introducing new products, promotions, and reorder opportunities.
- Sales Execution: Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and close sales orders to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Support & Relationship Management: Provide prompt, empathetic, and solution-oriented responses to customer inquiries, creating a seamless ordering experience.
- CRM Management & Data Entry: Maintain accurate customer records, track sales interactions, and update order history within the CRM system for effective account management.
- Communication: Manage and share updates related to retailer payments, orders, accounting, and shipping with internal teams.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline sales and customer service workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging, promotions, and customer service.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative and organizational tasks across the company as needed.
- Team Support: Provide backup coverage for colleagues to maintain consistent service and operations.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in wholesale, retail, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) sectors.
- Ability to build and grow customer relationships via phone and email communication.
- Perfect English with excellent ability to communicate in writing.
- Strong negotiating and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and equipped with excellent communication skills.
