Job Title: Credit Collection Specialist
Location: Peel Region, ON
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: $22.00-$23.00/hour
Our client in Peel Region, ON is actively looking for a Credit Collection Specialist to join their team.

• B2B Collection outbound calls
• Reconciliations
• Email communication with customers
• Resolve any invoice discrepancies or disputes by liaising with both customers and sales
• Make recommendations on holding/releasing of customer orders

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• 3 + years of credit and collections experience using a portal
• Intermediate level excel skills
• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
