Lead a multi-functional team across purchasing, inventory, and logistics. This is a hands-on leadership role within a dynamic environment that demands strong communication, collaboration, and commercial instinct.
As the Supply Chain Manager, you will:
- Lead and mentor a small team of supply chain professionals
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and cost management
- Troubleshoot inventory management issues and implement sustainable improvements
- Stay ahead of seasonal cycles and global supply challenges, ensuring product availability and strategic purchasing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership across IT, Finance, HR, and Sales to ensure alignment and transparency
- Coach and develop team members, addressing underperformance proactively when needed
- Utilize ERP systems to support smarter forecasting and inventory decisions
- A supply chain leader with a solid background in distribution (multi-location or high-volume operations preferred)
- Experienced in managing procurement cycles, vendor relationships, and inventory across a broad product base
- Skilled in leading teams and fostering a performance-driven culture
- Adept at navigating ERP platforms and turning data into action
- Clear communicator with the ability to align logistics with broader business goals
Location & Schedule:
- Based in the GTA, Brampton, Vaughan
- On-site Monday to Friday
- Hybrid flexibility available following a probation period Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 Full benefits and employee discounts included
