Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Admin/Sales Executive to manage front-end sales activities and assist in day-to-day store administration. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, product knowledge, and an eye for detail in managing sales and inventory in a hardware retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Duties:
Greet and assist walk-in customers; understand their needs and recommend suitable hardware products.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and delivery notes.
Upsell products and suggest alternatives or accessories to increase sales value.
Maintain product knowledge to advise customers effectively.
Process POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately and efficiently.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain inventory records and assist in regular stock checks.
Monitor and reorder low-stock items in coordination with the store manager.
Record and file purchase and sales invoices.
Assist in vendor communication and purchase order tracking.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales counter and office area.
Handle filing, data entry, and general documentation.
