Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional housekeeping service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued with clean, comfortable spaces that leave a positive, lasting impression.
- Prepare guest rooms by making beds, changing linens, and fully stocking all guest supplies and amenities to hotel standards.
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms, including fixtures, windows, mirrors, high-touch surfaces, and hallways, maintaining a hygienic environment.
- Respect guest privacy by following proper procedures and hotel guidelines.
- Perform routine floor care (dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping) in guest rooms and common areas.
- Properly dispose of trash and recycling from rooms and service areas, adhering to hotel policies.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Restock linen closets and amenity stations, keeping supply areas organized and ready for daily operations.
- Respond to guest requests professionally and handle lost and found items in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Assist the team with special cleaning tasks and deep-cleaning duties as assigned.
