As a Flexologist, you'll:
Lead one-on-one assisted stretch sessions (25 or 50 minutes) tailored to each client's needs
Assess mobility limitations and create custom flexibility protocols
Apply your understanding of movement quality, postural analysis, and muscular imbalances to optimize outcomes
Educate clients on alignment, breath, and mobility-enhancing strategies
Track progress, document sessions, and collaborate with a team of wellness-minded professionals
Required:
Certification as a Corrective Exercise Specialist (e.g., NASM-CES, FMS, or equivalent)
CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Passion for injury prevention, movement health, and client empowerment
Strong communication skills and a desire to work hands-on with diverse populations
Preferred:
Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field
Experience working in personal training, physical therapy, or functional fitness
Knowledge of manual stretching, myofascial techniques, or mobility work
