This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on growing established accounts while developing new business in a fast-evolving sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory growth plans focused on sales targets
- Strengthen relationships with current customers and key industry vendors
- Actively prospect and onboard new accounts within the assigned territory
- Serve as a liaison between clients, internal operational teams, and project stakeholders
- Represent the company's full portfolio, including energy, automation, lighting, and connected network solutions
- Deliver a customer-first experience by providing value-added support and solutions
- Promote company values while enhancing customer and vendor engagement
- 2–3 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in industrial, electrical, or energy-related sectors
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Skilled in negotiation and solution-based selling
- Self-starter with a passion for growth and client success
