Join Our Client's Team as Vice President of Finance and Technology
Our client is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Vice President of Finance and Technology to join their executive leadership team. This pivotal role combines strategic financial oversight with technological innovation to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the Finance and Technology Services teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance to ensure long-term sustainability and fiscal responsibility.
  • Digital Transformation: Spearhead the implementation of technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with the Board, Ministry, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Change Management: Drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and systems.

Qualifications
  • CPA/CGA designation (mandatory) with 7+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in managing both finance and technology functions within complex organizations.
  • Strong understanding of public sector funding models and experience working in unionized environments.
  • Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation projects and driving innovation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse teams.

COMPENSATION:
  • Base Salary: $160,000K
  • Performance Bonus: 10% target
  • Benefits: PSP Pension, 4 weeks vacation, 3 personal days
  • Location: Toronto ( Mid-Town) 3-4 days a week onsite
