This position of Terminal Manager will be responsible to run the day to day operations of the terminal in Moncton NB and the surrounding service area.

• The candidate must have extensive LTL experience, previous management role, strong leadership / communication and strong work ethic.
• They must manage internal and external customer relationships and be focused on performance through the KPI monitoring.
• They must be self motivated and promote a safe and positive working environment.
• They must be able to work closely with customers and our sales team to grow the market in the area.

• Previous management experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Self motivation and hands on management skills
• Experience in transportation technology, handhelds, scanners, and other programs
• Strong focus on Health and Safety, Team building and managing all aspects of the day to day operation of the terminal.
