Summary:The Marketing and Product Specialist is responsible for driving brand awareness, supporting product development, and executing marketing strategies that align with company goals/ This role bridges the gap between product 9nnovation and market execution by conducting market research, analyzing trends, assisting in product launches and customer service. They are ambitious, results-driven, goal-oriented and possesses an insatiable drive to succeed, works under tight deadlines and has superior customer service. Ensures customer needs are not only met but exceeded, while driving innovation and performance in every aspect of their work.
Major Responsibilities:
Marketing Duties:
Website management and various marketing, lead management site coordination and management
Coordinate sponsorship requests, event donation & community involvement
Prep and take vehicle photos
Coordinate social media pages and posts
Lot Management
Snow clearing and removal
Lot maintenance, arrangement and merchandising
Arrive new vehicles and wholesale purchases, including arranging PDI's
Reconditioning
Manage used vehicle reconditioning process - from arrival, through service inspections & required work, to preparing for lot or wholesale readiness
Coordinate with GM with returns of leases to develop a plan for each unit
Coordinate any windshield replacements, SGI claims and body/paint repairs required with local Bodyshop
Coordinate detailing on every unit - via onsite detailing or sublet work
Wholesale
Source wholesale units to purchase for retail lot
Work with wholesalers and exporters to move wholesale units
Update GM & implements GM strategy on GM lease returns
Sales
Sell new and used vehicles to retail customers
Coverage for Financial Services Manager when absent
Assist with trade appraisals
Accessories
Other duties as assigned by manager
Continuous Learning & Improvement:

Qualifications & Skills:
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and quality of work.
Strong communication skills to work with team members and occasionally with customers.
Familiarity with vehicle software systems and electronic control modules.
