POSITION SUMMARY
As a PSP Manager, your core responsibility will be to develop and operate a first-in-class Patient Support Program that provides various services to patients and their caregiver(s) in Canada.
The key objective of this PSP will be to improve customer experience as they navigate the Canadianhealthcare landscape. To do this, you will need extensive knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system,drug reimbursement landscape, and the ability to drive insights from PSP data.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Primary focus on coordination with internal and external stakeholders to implement relevant PSP projects, including pharmacy partnerships and drug reimbursement dashboards and initiatives.
- Develop and implement patient support structures, systems, and programs that embrace the voice ofpatients while identifying efficiencies of scale and scope.
- Proactively source and introduce new technology and innovative ways to support patients during theirpatient journey and promote the optimal and safe use of products and therapies.
- Act as a consultant for patient program operations, providing expertise and guidance to ensure thesuccess of PSP initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to help develop and implement tactics to elevate patient and healthcareprovider (HCP) overall experience.
- Utilize data analytics to identify PSP needs and performance and use insights to inform thedevelopment of PSP initiatives.
- Effectively manage external vendors and ensure a smooth delivery of services to healthcare teams andpatients/caregivers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, or a related field is desired.
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or healthcare management
COMPETENCIES
- Up to date with PSP industry trends and deep knowledge of the Canadian healthcare landscape, including drug reimbursement.
- Experience working with digital tools, platforms, and Salesforce CRM to innovate, develop, and implement PSP initiatives.
- An ability to effectively use data analytics to gain insights, make informed decisions, and optimize patient support programs.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and implement complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to incorporate technology and drive program success.
