The TF Warren Group is looking to add a Corporate Controller to our corporate team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Prepare financial statements and Consolidations for all business units

· Prepare budgets and forecasts on Consolidated basis

· Prepare Audited Statement schedules

· Reconcile intercompany

· Reconcile multi-currency accounts

· Payroll administration and yearend tax filing

· Responsible for General Ledger for all business units

· Cashflow management and forecasting

· Month End journal entries

· Account reconciliations

· System implementation resource

· Supervise accounting clerk

· Ad-hoc reporting

· Other duties as required

Essential Qualifications:

· Post-secondary education in business or finance

· Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position

· Accounting designation preferred

· Experience with NetSuite, Procore and Ceridian

· Proficient communication skills (verbal & written) and fluency of English

· Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly

Physical Requirements:

• Fine motor skills to keyboard/type continuously
• Ability to sit and/or stand continuously at workstation
