As an Account Manager, you are instrumental in building and nurturing strong relationships with our clients and key team members across Riide Holdings Inc. (RHI). In this role, you will be responsible for upholding exceptional service standards, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and driving client retention. You'll also collaborate closely with various internal teams, including Dispatch, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and the General Manager, to support seamless operations and outstanding service delivery.

Your Responsibilities

  • Works closely with our existing clients, including all aspects of account management, timely problem solving, and resolution while adhering to RHI's best practices and standard procedures.
  • Provides professional, courteous service to all existing clients, resulting in a positive account retention that meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Participates in day-to-day communication with existing clients and assists clients with issue resolution or fielding requests.
  • Works with clients to facilitate changes to their service requests.
  • The Account Manager coordinates, organizes, and conducts client meetings.
  • Follows through with all meeting action items.
  • Works with team members to communicate the implementation of new plans and client changes.
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting concerns to specified team members.
  • Typical projects may be related to: account set-up, specified services, contracts, events, rfp's, technological changes, payment and fee structures, contract amendments, forms customization or updates, pricing changes/reviews. Help prepare reports and analyze trends.
  • Proactively assists the team members in streamlining services, developing best practices, delivering client and account education, and planning client/team member servicing initiatives.
  • Maintains accurate and organized account files by appropriately documenting conversations with clients and account representatives, and ensures the accuracy of data.
  • Seeks continued knowledge and stays abreast of changes in the taxi industry and other external conditions that may impact our clients. Attends industry-related continuing education training and courses.
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

What you will bring to the role

  • 3+ years' experience in the account management field.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and accounts, team members, RHI management, and the general public.
  • Ability to respond to client needs, solicit client feedback to improve service, and handle difficult or emotional client situations promptly and accurately.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct research and interpret financial data.
  • Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment.
  • Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectivity in both written and verbal.
  • Works well in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems.
