Job Title: Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

Location: Elements Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Oshawa and Ajax, Ontario

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team. New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply. You will perform General Swedish Massage and related modalities. We offer a supportive environment with everything you need, including reception services, phone support, oils, linens, an electric massage table, a hot towel warmer, and a robust booking and client management system. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with occasional evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities:

• Perform General Swedish Massage techniques and related modalities.

• Assess clients' health history, symptoms, and treatment goals.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (physiotherapists, chiropractors, etc.) to deliver comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate treatment records and track client progress.

• Educate clients on self-care and lifestyle adjustments to enhance treatment outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach.

• In-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive compensation split of 60%, or also an hourly pay option, along with opportunities for professional growth. A training allowance is available for Post-Op Certification. Our current therapist is fully booked for at least two months in advance.
