· Ensure adherence to the principles of Foreign Affiliates.

· Plan future business expansion.

· Solve operational issues and conflicts within the company.

· Review reports submitted by the employees to assess their needs and suggest changes or improvements.

· Control the budget and expenditures of the company and submit payroll for employees
