About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive cutting-edge implementations and enhancements for the ServiceNow platform. In this leadership role, you will own technical solutions, manage a team of developers, and ensure seamless project delivery through collaborative design and development practices. With a strong focus on innovation and quality, you'll enable organizations to achieve their digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, assigning tasks and providing technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients, architects, and business analysts, to define and refine technical requirements.
  • Design and deliver robust solutions for the ServiceNow platform, from feature upgrades to full-suite deployments.
  • Execute agile sprint-based development tasks such as coding, unit testing, and peer reviews to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Customize workflows, build advanced workflow activities, and troubleshoot issues under pressure.
  • Drive compliance by monitoring ServiceNow health, usage, and alignment with best practices.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure transparency and scalability.
  • Facilitate system upgrades, sub-production testing, and regression remediation.
  • Coordinate blueprinting workshops, contributing to documentation and project estimation.
  • Host training sessions for ServiceNow professionals to advance their technical expertise and adoption of best practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow development and implementation, with hands-on experience in JavaScript, debugging, and deployment.
  • Prior leadership experience managing client projects as a technical lead.
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and specialization in one Implementer certification (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, or CSM).
  • Proficiency in key ServiceNow elements such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, API integration, and Service Portal customization.
  • Exceptional communication skills to guide clients and facilitate teamwork.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, TFS, Jira, and Rally for effective project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with interpersonal finesse.
  • A results-driven and self-motivated approach to complex technical challenges.
