Job Title: Senior Assurance Manager

Location: GTA, ON
Job Type: PermanentWork Model: Hybrid to Remote
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000/yr

*Our client's office is located in St. Catherine's, ON is actively looking for a Senior Assurance Manager to join their team. The candidate is expected to travel 1-2 times to office a week or 4-6 times a month.
Position Description:
  • Leading audit engagements and mentoring junior staff.
  • Helping clients with their queries and nurturing essential relationships with clients and their teams, embodying a collaborative spirit of mutual benefit.
  • Ensuring financial statements comply with GAAP and CAS, meticulously reviewing every detail for accuracy and completeness.
  • Connecting the dots, find hidden irregularities, and solve the puzzles that come your way.
  • Explaining complex ideas and findings, as easily as you can collaborate with your team, creating impact and insight with both spoken and written word.
  • Preparing and reviewing complex year-end financial statements, NTRs, Reviews, and Audits for clients, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
  • 3-4 years of experience in Public Accounting
  • Chartered Professional Accountant Designation (preferred)
  • An inidividual who is very detail-oriented, results driven, and a natural multitasker
  • A born leader with in-depth critical thinking patterns.
