About the Role
Common Good is looking for confident, driven individuals to join our Calgary team as full-time Sales Associates. This is more than just a sales role—it's an opportunity to represent some of Canada's most impactful nonprofit organizations and help create real, lasting change in communities.

As a Sales Associate, you will lead direct residential campaigns, connect with people face-to-face, and inspire them to support causes that matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage residents through door-to-door outreach.
• Clearly communicate campaign goals and secure donor support.
• Build positive relationships with donors and community members.
• Meet and exceed daily performance targets.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and a results-focused mindset.
• Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
• Legally eligible to work in Canada with a clean criminal record.
