Join our Capital Markets team as a Manager, Securitization Operations, and help drive our mortgage funding strategy.

In this key role, you'll oversee the daily administration of securitization processes, support regulatory compliance, and collaborate closely with Treasury, IT, and Data teams. You will act as the subject matter expert for MortgageHub, ensuring accurate reporting and continuous system improvement.

If you have experience with NHA MBS and CMHC CMB programs securitization operation , enjoy working with data, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a unique opportunity to make an impact in our funding operations.

What youll do:

• Oversee NHA MBS program activities and ensure compliance with CMHC and regulatory guidelines
• Work closely with Capital Market team on other funding diversification programs ABCP, RMBS,WLS and Covered Bond
• Administer investor reporting and mortgage pool records using MortgageHub and SAP
• Support data analysis, audit readiness, and report development
• Lead regression testing, troubleshoot system issues, and enhance functionality

What you bring:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in securitization, mortgage underwriting, or Treasury operations
• Knowledge of CMHC NHA MBS and other funding programs
• Strong analytical, Excel (VBA), and reporting skills (Power BI a plus)
• Experience with Mortgage Hub and SAP is an asset
• A university degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
