Robinsons Café part of the 100 year old Robinsons General Store is looking for a full time Barista Supervisor.

We are a community-minded company who are proud of being a four-season business offering employment to many residents.

Supervisory skills include:

• scheduling
• ordering stock
• organizing staff
• working with ownership to ensure we run smoothly, at the highest level and customers are happy

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Providing excellent service
• Greeting and serving customers
• Preparation of all menu items
• Replenishing paper supplies and condiments
• Handling cash, making change, operating debit machine
• Maintaining a clean fresh personal appearance at all times
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

Qualifications:

• Has high energy, a warm pleasant attitude, outgoing, and is a team player
• Displays good communication skills, formally & informally
• Has good organizational skills
• Is flexible
• Has a sense of humor
