Our member is looking to hire a General Maintenance / Generator Mechanic, for their company servicing Chesterville, ON.
Basic job duties:

• Responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and mechanical components of generators, including diesel or gas engines, electrical control systems, and associated power generation equipment.
• Performing routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, and replacing faulty parts as needed.
• This job requires maintaining and servicing company equipment and vehicles.
• General shop maintenance will also be within the scope of the role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 years experience
• Excellent work ethic
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, resourceful and dependable
• Work well with others

COMPENSATION

• Salary: $25-$35/hr
• Full-time position
• Comprehensive benefit plan
• Vacation: 3 weeks
