Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:
- Develop and manage social media content calendars, including paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Execute A/B testing on social media posts and email campaigns to optimize engagement and conversions.
- Regularly update website content and optimize for SEO, including keyword research, meta tags, and internal linking.
- Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and performance tracking.
- Support lead generation initiatives through social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to ensure that all digital assets align with branding and campaign goals.
- Monitor and report on digital marketing performance, including website traffic, email engagement, and social media analytics.
- Conduct market research and track industry trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to build ongoing positive relationships with our network of partners before, during, and after our events.
- Manage all phases of event communication, including pre-event, event day, and post-event tasks such as email marketing, social media posts, client outreach, and organizing event photos.
- Perform basic video editing and post content on Vimeo and YouTube.
- Create simple designs using Canva for event materials and digital content.
Qualifications for the Marketing Coordinator:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or SEO.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- General business acumen and an understanding of Fortune 1000 companies.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Premiere, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist (or similar tools), Salesforce (or equivalent CRM systems), social scheduling platforms, WordPress, and Microsoft Excel.
Things to Discuss Further During the Interview
- This position will offer the opportunity for occasional travel to our events
- Our company offers above the normal starting vacation and observes US holidays + some Canadian holidays
- We work on a hybrid model with some days in the office and some days at home
