We are seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month contract to support our recruitment efforts during a critical period of growth. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to find top-tier candidates across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Utilize various sourcing strategies (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.) to attract diverse talent
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns
Contribute full-cycle recruitment by supporting onboarding of new hires as well
Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure smooth handoff of new hires
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, tools, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
Experience with behavioral interviewing and competency-based hiring
High attention to detail and a data-driven mindset
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Experience in manufacturing industry, food industry would be an asset
Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance
Familiarity with employer branding and social recruitment strategies
Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension
Hours: 8hrs/day
