Job Overview

Join our team of skilled professionals transforming everyday surfaces with quality finishes. This role offers hands-on experience with specialized coating systems in a fast-paced environment with room for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply various coating materials using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
• Prepare surfaces through grinding, shot blasting, and cleaning
• Mix reactive polymers according to specifications
• Transport and manage equipment between shop and job sites
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
• Work collaboratively to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs
• Previous construction experience preferred
• Safety consciousness and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn specialized coating techniques
• Flexible availability including occasional overtime and travel
• Safety certifications an asset (Fall Arrest, Working at Heights)
