Commission Marketing and Sales Associate
Commission Sales Associates drive sales by engaging with customers, demonstrating construction knowledge, and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and make cold calls to generate new business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and construction industry trends.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team and company goals.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a commission sales associate or in a similar sales role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and achieve sales quotas and targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and generate revenue for the company.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales objectives.
- Reliable transportation, a computer, internet connectivity, and a phone are highly recommended.
