- Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies spanning TV, digital, radio, and emerging platforms to elevate brand positioning and visibility.
- Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration, productivity, and professional growth.
- Design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns that align with company goals, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, leveraging insights to refine strategies and optimize results.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver compelling content and creative assets that align with the brand's voice and vision.
- Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities within the Canadian restaurant market to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
- Uphold brand standards while providing strategic leadership to support growth and innovation.
- Proven expertise: At least 10 years of leadership experience in marketing, with significant exposure to the Canadian restaurant industry.
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is an asset.
- Industry knowledge: Extensive understanding of Canadian restaurant market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
- Strategic mindset: Demonstrated ability to craft and execute data-driven marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
