ABOUT THE ROLE
The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Global Talent team by assisting with recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, and general HR administration. This position involves maintaining HR systems, coordinating employee-related documentation, and ensuring timely processing of timesheets and invoices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment:
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including drafting job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating the assessment process.
- Conduct reference and background checks for selected candidates.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Oversee onboarding processes, including managing requests, coordinating schedules with managers, and arranging onboarding sessions.
- Update HRIS (Human Resources Information System) with new employee details and ensure offboarding procedures are completed efficiently.
HR Administration:
- Manage and maintain the HRIS system.
- Prepare employee correspondence and documentation, such as offer letters and employment verification.
- Oversee timesheet submissions and approvals.
- Update and maintain the organizational chart and HR intranet on Office 365.
- Review and process HR-related invoices.
General Support:
- Generate reports and analyze data for HR metrics, compensation, and benefits.
- Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Services team.
- Assist with planning and coordinating internal and external organizational events.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Eligible for the Canada Summer Jobs program (youth candidate).
- Basic experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), databases and web research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about supporting and empowering team members.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
