Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with European and American BD (Business Development) teams, operations teams, and product design to provide strong support for the company's strategic expansion into overseas markets.
- As the owner of DTC (Direct-to-Consumer), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and EMS (Email Marketing Service), work with overseas BD, operations teams, and product design to lead and make decisions on solution and tool selection.
- Strategically select components that need to be internally designed and developed, ensuring seamless integration with the aforementioned external tools. Adapt to rapidly changing demands, identify core issues and designs, and quickly iterate on requirements.
- Participate in formulating and implementing the department's development processes and best practices.
- Properly utilize outsourcing teams and make full use of external resources to implement solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 6 or more years of IT development experience, with at least 3 years in a tech lead role.
- Strong logical thinking, good at analyzing, summarizing, and solving problems, with good self-motivation.
- Strong delivery capabilities, attention to deadlines and commitments, and the ability to handle pressure.
- Strong communication skills, able to participate in and lead technical meetings with external participants.
- Fast learning ability and habits, able to quickly acquire necessary knowledge and skills, such as new programming languages, basic big data processing, and security knowledge.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (such as Java or Go), with the ability to quickly learn and master new programming languages (such as Python or JavaScript) to meet evolving business needs.
