Role:

The Graphic Designer will play a key role in the visual communication of our brand, products, and services. You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that align with brand guidelines and support marketing, product, and internal communication efforts. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the visibility and credibility of our cardiac monitoring solutions across digital, print, and environmental platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, product packaging, infographics, trade show graphics, social media content, whitepapers, and digital ads.
  • Develop visual assets for product launches, educational campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, product managers, and engineers to translate complex cardiac monitoring technology into clear, visually engaging designs.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and ensure all designs adhere to regulatory and brand standards.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of presentations, including investor decks, sales enablement tools, and internal training materials.
  • Coordinate with vendors and print shops to prepare final files and oversee the production of printed materials.
  • Contribute to the UI/UX design of mobile apps, software interfaces, or wearable devices as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices in the healthcare and MedTech industries.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in the healthcare, medical device, or life sciences sector.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools (Figma, Sketch, Canva, etc.).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, particularly in B2B or regulated industries.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret complex information and present it visually.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with FDA/regulatory requirements for medical marketing materials is a plus.
  • Experience with basic animation or motion graphics is a bonus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of cardiovascular health, medical terminology, or cardiac monitoring technologies.
  • Experience collaborating with product development teams on medical device interfaces or user instructions.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge or experience with email and web design tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Webflow, WordPress).
