We're seeking a Client Care & Marketing Coordinator to join our tight-knit, high-performance team. This person will be the behind-the-scenes magic-maker, coordinating marketing efforts and managing client experience systems.

You'll be responsible for delivering the heart of our business: A client journey that is seamless, thoughtful, and unforgettable. From preparing social media posts to scheduling post-possession deliveries, you'll ensure every touchpoint is on-brand and on-time. This role blends creative marketing with operational precision and concierge-level care.

Compensation:

$25 - $29 an hour DOE

Responsibilities:
  • CRM management
  • Coordinating the rhythms of a Listing or Purchase
  • Client communication
  • Buyer tour organization
  • Email and Calendar management
  • Marketing preparation
  • Social media and Website ownership
  • Event planning
  • Office conservation
Qualifications:
  • Shows the ability to quickly finish very detailed work
  • Able to prioritize and manage a range of responsibilities
  • Valid BC driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Enjoy being in a dynamic job where no task is above or below you
  • A constant drive to improve the experience of clients and our internal processes: "How can I make things better?"
  • Your schedule is flexible, and you will be willing to work weekends and evenings when necessary
  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet skills
