DescriptionAs a Warehouse/ Procurement Coordinator you will provide value to the business and its clients through oversite and coordination of various aspects of the inventory management lifecycle. The Warehouse/ Procurement Coordinator works very closely with the members of the procurement team, assisting in the continual improvement of product delivery and facilitating administrative aspects of inventory control. Additionally, you will be supporting the Procurement team with order processing, vendor communication, invoicing, and vendor support. Our People:

Key Responsibilities
  • Physically receiving and shipping products and keeping shipping, receiving, and inventory areas organize
  • Receiving POs, updating SO and tickets in our ERP system Maintaining accurate inventory levels and preparing regular inventory reports
  • Perform the RMA process to procure replacement products from manufacturers and vendors
  • Assist with managing accounts payable
  • Escalate manufacturer and vendor grievances as needed
  • Working with vendors to maintain viable, positive relationships
  • Continuous effort to improve efficiency in shipping, receiving, and inventory operations
  • Coordinating project inventory, arranging product delivery
  • Warranty service and license implementation validation as part of the PO receiving process
  • Assist in disposition of recyclable equipment
  • Support Procurement team with processing purchase orders and helping to identify and evaluate potential and existing suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory levels, track usage patterns, and initiate replenishment orders to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Assist with Domain/SSL/Warranty renewals and update documentation
  • Support the fulfillment of licensing requests for Microsoft CSP/NCE/Azure and additional software
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate across all departments to maximize overall client satisfaction
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the products and services that we offer
  • Maintain accurate and up to date documentation through the change management processes
  • Attending training & team meetings as required
  • Job Shadow other team members to ensure the ability of providing coverage for other team members
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and implement best practices within the purchasing function
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and company policies in all purchasing activities
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and vendor communications for audit and reporting purposes
  • Additional duties as required

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 3 years' experience inventory management
  • Working knowledge of IT products and services
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Process driven and attention to detail: accuracy in performing warehouse and procurement responsibilities
  • Strong organizational, written communication and follow through skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong work ethic with a desire to learn, grow, and develop new skills
  • Solid understanding of purchasing, shipping, receiving and inventory control practices
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment where constant multitasking is the norm
