The Winnipeg Football Club is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Seasonal Community & Game Day Team Members. This role is perfect for university or college students looking to gain experience in the sports industry while working in an

exciting, fast-paced environment.

What you will Do:

• Work all Blue Bombers and Valour FC home games, providing fan engagement and operational support
• Assist at community events throughout the spring and summer, representing the Winnipeg Football Club
• Engage with fans, distribute promotional materials, and help execute interactive activations
• Support event setup and teardown, ensuring a smooth experience for attendees
• Work closely with the marketing and game day operations teams to enhance the fan experience
• Other duties as assigned to support club initiatives

Requirements

• Must be available for all Blue Bombers and Valour FC home games and select community events
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings
• Outgoing and energetic personality with a passion for sports and fan engagement
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Previous experience in customer service, event operations, or promotions is an asset

Hours and Availability

• Must be available from spring through summer, including weekends
• Work schedule will range from 24 to 40 hours per week, depending on events and game schedules
