We are seeking an organized and efficient Warehouse Colleague to join our team in Ottawa, Canada. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy, processing orders, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes and productivity
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse
• Use inventory management systems to track stock levels and movements
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Proficiency in using inventory management systems and basic computer skills
• Valid forklift certification preferred
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
• Ability to work in various temperature conditions typical of a warehouse environment

Physical demands that are required include mobility (walking, standing, climbing, bending, etc.) and manual material handling (lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, etc.). Movement of product by use of ladders and stock pickers is required.
