As a franchisor company, we operate with a unique business model where our marketing department functions as an in-house agency serving our franchisees. It is dedicated to crafting local marketing strategies, managing PPC and display ad campaigns, and overseeing other essential marketing aspects for each of our franchisees across North America.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Franchise Marketing Coach to join our team in Vancouver, BC. This person will play a critical role in guiding and supporting franchisees in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to boost their business performance and brand awareness.

  • This position is based in Burnaby and requires the candidate to be able to commute to the office 2-3 times per week. Therefore, it's essential that the candidate lives in or around the Greater Vancouver Area.
Core Responsibilities
  • Strategic Guidance: Help franchisees understand their target audience, identify marketing opportunities, and develop a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the brand guidelines.
  • Implementation Support: Assist franchisees in executing their marketing plans, providing resources, tools, and training to ensure successful campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing performance data, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Best Practices Sharing: Share best practices and insights from other successful franchisees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Mentorship and Support: Serve as a mentor and point of contact for franchisees, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Report to Leadership: Provide updates to the Marketing Director on franchisee satisfaction, campaign performance, and any recurring challenges or trends.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years in account management, digital marketing, or a similar client-facing role. Experience in franchising, multi-location businesses, or the home improvement industry is a strong asset.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain marketing strategies and performance metrics clearly.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive and resourceful mindset with a track record of resolving client concerns effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple franchise accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with various marketing tools and platforms.
